We want you to love our products, but on the rare occasion, mistakes can be made.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us on hello@greendarling.com.au within 48 hours of your purchase, detailing any concerns you may have. Please include photos of any issues you have identified, and include your contact details so that we can talk about this with you.

If we find that the dissatisfaction is our fault, we will make it right, by either exchanging the item, refunding it, or providing a store credit.

We purchase our flowers twice weekly (and sometimes more). Note that flowers are perishable products.

We are not able to provide a refund for delivery if you have provided incorrect delivery details. If the delivery details you have provided are incorrect you may be charged an additional delivery fee for redelivery to the correct address.

 We comply with Australian Consumer Law in the instance of major faults or defects.

We offer pre-made arrangements at various price points for those who want to grab and go. However, the real magic with floristry is making a bouquet of flowers with the exact flowers that you like. These will be expertly created for you in-store.

What is the best way to care for fresh-cut flowers to ensure longevity?

To maintain the freshness of fresh-cut flowers, use clean water, and remove foliage below the waterline. Keep the flowers in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight and heat. Mist delicate flowers if needed and rehydrate them overnight if they wilt. Regularly prune and refresh the arrangement by removing wilted blooms and changing the water. These simple steps will help extend the lifespan of your flowers, allowing you to enjoy their beauty for longer.

How far in advance should I place an order for a wedding or special event?

Every event is different, and some will take more time than others to get your desired colour palate, style, or product, so please reach out via our contact page so we can work with you on this.

Do you offer delivery services?

Floral deliveries are not like traditional deliveries; they are delicate and require special care in transit. We have teamed up with a trusted and reliable delivery partner, who will ensure that your flowers arrive in the best possible condition, and provide tracking updates every step of the way.

Can I request specific flowers or colour schemes for my arrangement?

Of course! We will do our best to ensure that flower selections and colour schemes can be matched. However, we do try to keep our flowers as local (and sustainable) as possible, so flower selections may sometimes be limited to what is available locally.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment by card is preferred, but cash and direct bank transfer can also be accommodated, as well as PayID. Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay are also supported.

Do you provide floral arrangements for corporate events or business functions?

Are there any seasonal flowers that are particularly popular or recommended?

As far as possible, we provide locally-sourced flowers from the most sustainable providers in Australia. Sometimes flowers are sourced from overseas providers as specific flowers grow there, or are out of season in Australia. Our stock is as seasonal and as local as possible.

Do you provide flowers for funerals or memorial services?

What measures do you take to ensure the freshness and quality of your flowers?

Great question! Out florist is up at 3.00am twice weekly to ensure that the best flowers are locally sourced. These are carefully transported back to our shop and are handled with love and care.

Our ethos of "Seasonal. Simple. Sustainable" is not just words - it is a way of life and something which we pride ourselves in at Green Darling. We source as much of our product locally, from locals, and we limit the amount of plastic to as little as possible. The florist industry is undergoing changes to be more sustainable, and Green Darling is leading the way here.

What is your returns policy?

Our produce is fresh, and returns are difficult to accept. However, we will inspect every item returned, and if it does not meet our high quality expectations, it will be refunded or exchanged without question.
